The Fortiland Digital Assets Fund is open to professional, non-US based investors seeking to invest $100,000 or more or in each case other currency equivalent provided that where the Investor’s home jurisdiction requires a higher Minimum Initial Investment, for that investor to qualify as an appropriate investor in the Fund then that higher Minimum Initial Investment shall apply to that investor. For instance, Member States in the EU may well apply a minimum of Euro €100,000.
